Our corrections policy

We fix errors promptly, update the check date and note meaningful changes (status, MSRP, dates) in the product's status history. We don't quietly rewrite the record. When an automated check makes a bad call, a person reviews it, reverses it and fixes the checker so the same mistake doesn't repeat. The October 21, 2026 entry above is an example: a retailer page's "in stock" text belonged to a related product, so we reverted the status and taught the checker to read the page's structured availability data instead. The full policy is on How We Track.
