Announce date is SDS Arms' press release (posted Oct. 19, 2026). The SDS Arms store already lists it at $199.95 with schema.org InStock on 2026-10-23, and its customer reviews date back to June 2026, so it was on sale before the release.
Who it's for: MAC-5, SP5, AP5 and other MP5-clone owners who want a light built into the handguard instead of a separate rail mount, with room for a suppressor.
Is it worth it?
At $199.95 it keeps the MP5's classic profile with no added rail clutter, but check fit on non-MAC hosts, where SDS says minor fitting may be needed. Compare other new lights in our new weapon lights of 2026 guide.
